Dewey's BBQ Market Opening Day - August 15, 2025

The Spare Rib BBQ restaurant opened in Greenville, Texas in 1951 by Dewey Fitzpatrick, Jr. He closed his restaurant in 2004. 21 years later, his youngest son, Robert Fitzpatrick is opening Dewey's BBQ Market in Chicago, Illinois using all his dad's recipe's and Pit BBQ cooking methodology.
