In 2018, Dewey's BBQ Market launched an online store to allow those who have tasted or wish to experience the renowned Greenville, TX Spare Rib BBQ Restaurant to still enjoy some of its classic flavors today. We're committed to opening a brick-and-mortar store in Cook County, IL, to serve Spare Rib styled Texas barbeque, featuring smoked beef and ham, in an atmosphere that evokes the charm of Northeast Texas from the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
